IberoAmerican Ministries (IAM) Chile

  • IAM, a non-profit mission organization founded in 1992, combines a unique North American/Chilean team strategy to serve Spanish-speaking peoples in IberoAmerica.  IAM's global outreach began with a church plant in Chile in 1977.
  • IAM's Chilean ministry includes its first church plant, Libertad, which has become the mother church to IAM's other Chilean churches. The Los Heroes church has the largest membership of the churches and offers a skateboard outreach  and culto.com for youth. Estrella del Oriente includes a day school for over 300 pre-school and elementary children. El Encuento provides a preschool in addition to ministering to 200 members. San Luis Church offers a weekly children's feeding program for poverty-stricken families. 
  • The church in Lautaro ministers to the Maupuche Indians, an indigenous tribe living in the Andes Mountains.

  • This ministry reaches out to poor Mexican children and their families in El Porvenir, Mexico.
  • Niños de Baja provides a local daycare program, vocational training program, ESL classes, and a residential care home for infants and toddlers, who are orphaned or whose parents cannot afford to care for them.
  • Niños de Baja ministers to the local community with a school and a public lunch assistance program.

New Life Home Trust

  • New Life Home Trust in Kenya has been in operation as a rescue center for infants and toddlers for eleven years. There are currently five homes receiving babies;  CCTO sponsored the opening of a new rescue home in Nyeri through the Acts 1:8 project.
  • CCTO Rock the Babies’ teams visit these homes.
  • CCTO sent staff member, Janay Garrick, to become the first ACTS 1:8 missionary to Kenya's babies.

 

CMF/Turkana, Kenya
